Privacy policy

This page explains how data submitted through the SectionCore contact form is processed.

SectionCore is a project designed and operated by Nicolás Torres. For privacy enquiries, use the contact form.

Data, purpose and legal basis

We process the information you voluntarily provide—name, work email, company, website and description of your use case—solely to assess your enquiry, respond to you and, where appropriate, prepare a next step. The legal basis is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting processing carried out beforehand.

Retention and recipients

Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and comply with applicable obligations. It is not sold or used for advertising. Technical hosting, email and anti-spam providers may process data under their own terms and data-protection safeguards.

Anti-spam security

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated traffic. Cloudflare Turnstile may run security checks in the background to prevent spam and automated abuse, processing the technical signals required for that check. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Cookies and local storage

SectionCore does not use analytics, advertising or marketing-profile cookies. The privacy notice stores only the fact that you have seen it in your browser’s local storage; this preference does not create a cookie. Turnstile is loaded lazily only when you approach the form and is used as necessary anti-abuse protection.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability through the contact form. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
